In our efforts to accommodate and satisfy every patient, as well as to ensure that every patient gets the attention promised during their appointment, our office has a policy regarding tardiness. We will honor your appointment if you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. Patients who arrive after this 15 minute grace period will be rescheduled to another day or time depending on the availability of our providers.
Please be advised that we always do our best to work our patients back into the schedule, if possible, on the same day. However, as a pediatric office, we may not always have the availability to do so. If you think you may be late for an appointment, we ask that you please notify our office staff so that the appropriate accommodations may be made regarding your appointment.
Please be aware that there will be a $25.00 fee for any appointment that has been confirmed and not kept without prior office notification. If you have questions regarding a “No Show” fee please feel free to contact us.
If a refill is needed for medications used on an ongoing basis (asthma, allergies, etc.), please call us during office hours so that your child’s chart will be available. Please have your pharmacy’s phone number when you call. It is not our policy to call in new medications or antibiotics. We require that the child be seen and evaluated by a provider.
Behavioral medications (Adderall, Concerta, etc.) are controlled substances that are monitored by the Federal Government. These prescriptions require an original signature, so please allow 1 week for refills to be processed. Please refer to ADHD policy download located on our forms for more information.
